Music of the film is composed by S A Rajkumar and Lyrics by Chandra Bose, Suddala Ashok Teja and Vanamali. Karthik, Priya Darshini, Rajesh, Rita, S P Balasubramaniam, Murali Krishna, Srinivas, Manasa Veena and many other singers have sung the song for the film. Song sequences of the film have shot in beautiful locations of Switzerland. Kamalini Mukherjee, the popular Bengali actress is paired up for the first time with Actor Dr.Rajasekhar in Maa Annayya Bangaram. Maa Annayya Bangaram brings Kamalinee Mukherjee back to the centre of activity in Tollywood. Rohit and Aditya Om are also playing the supporting roles in the film.
